It is a few days away to our 20th Scientific Conference of the Microscopy Society of Malaysia & Extraordinary General Meeting (EMSM2011) to be held. Attached are the details on the program and some guidelines. Updated information will be available at the secretariat desk on the conference day.

It is a few days away to our 20th Scientific Conference of the Microscopy Society of Malaysia & Extraordinary General Meeting (EMSM2011) to be held. Attached are the details on the program and some guidelines. Updated information will be available at the secretariat desk on the conference day.
Registration counter will be opened on Monday, 19th December 2011 (1500-2100).
As only limited copies of the Malaysia Journal of Microscopy (Vol. 7) is available, the journal will only be given free to participants who have made payment for registration fee before 19 December 2011.
In the meantime, we are also planning to bring all EMSM2011 participants and their family members for Family Day. Please kindly confirm your attendance for our social event during your registration.

Dear Presenters,
We are in the process of reviewing your abstract to determine the mode of presentation (oral/poster). However, our final decision on your mode of presentation will be subjected to your attendance in the conference and, therefore, full payment for the conference by 10th November 2011. Please also be informed that payment for the conference shall be made in full by crossed cheque/bank draft/postal order/telegraphic transfer to EMSM 2011’s Bank Muamalat account number 1210-0000428-71-3 and made payable to EMSM2011. Please send the bank-in slip/payment advice to EMSM 2011 secretariat or fax to +603-89250907 as proof of payment.
Please also note that we need you to send us the full paper during registration (1 hard copy and 1 CD) according to the format attached.
The Permaisuri Resort is offering a special rate on accommodation for a limited number of rooms for EMSM2011 participants. Please make booking through us as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.
